Images are grouped by geometry and manufacturing character, not by a sales model number. Share your own drawing for a relevant feasibility review.

Custom gears

Gear forms built around the application.

The examples below show common gear forms. Tooth form, bore and hub geometry, material, heat treatment and accuracy grade remain drawing-specific.

Custom sprockets

Single, multi-strand and plate sprockets.

Sprocket manufacture is reviewed against the chain standard, pitch, roller diameter, tooth count, strand count and the required bore, hub and keyway arrangement.

Product configurations shown are common sprocket constructions. Final chain standard, tooth geometry, bore, hub, keyway, material and heat treatment follow the approved drawing and chain specification.

For gear enquiries

Send module or DP, tooth count, pressure angle, helix angle and direction where applicable, bore and keyway data, material, heat treatment and accuracy requirement.

For sprocket enquiries

Send chain standard and size, tooth count, number of strands, bore, hub and keyway geometry, material, heat treatment or surface finish, and required quantity.

Material range

Metal and engineering-plastic components.

Material availability, condition and certification are confirmed against the drawing and required delivery schedule.

Aluminum alloys 6061, 6063, 7075 and drawing-specified grades
Stainless steels 304, 316 and project-specified grades
Carbon & alloy steels Machining grades confirmed by drawing and heat treatment
Copper alloys Brass, bronze and selected copper grades
Engineering plastics POM, PA, PTFE and project-specified materials
Special materials Titanium and other materials subject to technical review
